NexGen Claims Committee
The NexGen Claims Committee is a shadow committee to the LMA Claims Committee (LMACC), who operate as an Executive Board for claims within the Lloyd's market. NexGen aims to increase engagement with the Next Generation of Claims Leaders at a time when the strategic priorities and objectives of Lloyd's and the market would benefit from those that will live with the future, developing the future.
Purpose of the Group:
- to help support the LMA CC in fulfilling their role
- influence and support the development and delivery of market initiatives with and for the wider Lloyd’s, and where appropriate the London market
- constructively challenge the LMA CC's objectives or approach
- offer the LMACC a fresh and innovative perspective
- develop the NexGen members through LMA CC coaching and mentoring and involvement in Lloyd’s, LMA, and Industry level initiatives and projects.
