	Fiona Temple – People, Culture and Academy Director Fiona leads the strategic direction of People, Culture and the Academy at the LMA. Fiona has over 25 years of experience in human resources. Before joining the LMA in 2019, Fiona was Global Head of Talent at Aspen and has held other HR roles in the insurance market, including Global Head of Talent at Catlin. Fiona is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Insurers, and is qualified in using several psychometric tools.
