The FCA’s new Consumer Duty will require all managing agents to provide their Boards with an implementation plan and develop a programme of work to meet the new requirements by 31 July 2023. (31 July 2024 for closed books).

The attached guidance has been developed with the LMA's Conduct Committee and is designed to assist managing agents in identifying focus areas.
