Email submission process reminder for paper files
Brokers and managing agents are asked to carefully review the ‘key principles & information’ DXC document attached. Any claims submitted that do not follow the agreed process will be subject to delays.
The attached document includes:
the key principles of the process
- Xchanging mailboxes
- the electronic Lloyd's Claims Collection Form (LCCF) process
- editable CP forms (mandatory on all transactions).
