Terrorism Panel Cyber Endorsements

The LMA Terrorism Business Panel, in conjunction with representatives from the LMA Wordings Forum, have published two model write backs of cyber cover (essentially, but not exclusively, as write backs to the Terrorism exclusion contained within the LMA3030A). The first exclusion and write back endorsement is in respect of property damage only, and the second for property damage and limited business interruption.

LMA5379 - Cyber Exclusion and Limited Write Back Endorsement - Property Damage and Business Interruption only (for use with Terrorism and Political Violence Policies
