Lloyd's UK Terrorism Endorsement
The Pool Re Underwriting Manual v 7.0, published in November 2017, came into effect on 01 April 2018. Amongst other things, the new Manual incorporates a change to the cyber cover provided by Pool Re which, in turn, requires changes to members’ policies.
Following discussion with Pool Re, and in conjunction with the LMA Wordings & Contracts Forum, the LMA UK Property Panel has subsequently amended the Lloyd’s UK Terrorism Endorsement, with the introduction of the LMA5010C, to ensure continued alignment with the Pool Re Underwriting Manual v 7.0.
LMA model wordings are purely illustrative and established and distributed for the guidance of members, who are free to agree to different conditions. They are all made available on the Lloyd's Wordings Repository.
