LMA Charter
The Charter establishes a common framework to enable all individuals to feel respected, equal, and comfortable in sharing their opinions, while continuing to encourage innovation and exchange of views in pursuit of market improvement.
Over 2,500 individuals connect through the LMA via its committees, groups, panels, and forums, and more than 10,000 individuals participate in LMA presentations or Academy programmes each year. The Charter supports the LMA in promoting appropriate workplace culture, and diversity and inclusion in the Lloyd’s marketplace.
