Risk Engineering document updates
The LMA’s Onshore Energy Business panel (OEBP) Engineering Sub-Group has updated three risk engineering documents originally published in 2015.
The Code of Practice for Delivery of an Oil, Gas & Petrochemical Risk Engineering Survey Programme (COPRES 2018/001), Guidelines for the Conduct of Oil, Gas & Petrochemical Risk Engineering Surveys (GRES 2018/001) and the Key Information Guidelines for Oil, Gas & Petrochemical Risk Engineering Survey Reports (IGRES 2018/001) are now all available on the OEBP section of the LMA website.
The OEBP has also recently published two Engineering Fees clauses (LMA5339A and LMA5340A) which cross-reference and can be used in conjunction with COPRES 2018/001. Both clauses are also available on the OEBP section of the LMA website.
