	Elizabeth Jenkin – Underwriting Director Elizabeth leads the strategic direction of the Underwriting team at the LMA. With thirty years in insurance, Elizabeth has held senior roles in underwriting, broking, reinsurance and insurtech, most recently as CEO of Nimbla. Prior to that she was Managing Director of Strategy at RFIB and for nearly two decades held various roles at Aon culminating in Chief Broking Officer for EMEA. Elizabeth sat on the Women's FA board until December 2022, chaired the Risk and Capital Committee and served on Fidelis UK’s board and now sits on Arthur J Gallagher’s UK Retail, Specialty and Holdings boards.
