Join the LMA FinPro Claims Group for an insightful session on Transactional Liability insurance with our Warranty & Indemnity Workshop.

In this second session of our three-part series, we will explain why claims on these types of policies can be different to other lines of insurance, addressing specific challenges they create and how they can be overcome. We will also share insights into claims trends and statistics, including notification rates, severity, timing and claim types.

Attendees will get a better understanding of the challenges this product can create and the types, frequency and severity of the claims. In this session, we will encourage interaction and the opportunity to ask questions.
