This webinar is open to full LMA members who handle California claims.

You are invited to join the California Claims Handling Webinar, delivered by Wilson Elser.

The California fair claims settlement practices regulations apply to all insurance practitioners, whether doing business on an admitted, non-admitted or surplus lines basis.

Attendance is important to ensure that you:

  • achieve certification to handle claims to the current regulatory standards, and;
  • understand changes to practices and regulation in the jurisdiction of California.

Certification will be sent via email to those who register and self certify that the webinar has been completed. Please remember to include your work email address upon registration.

This webinar will be available to view 24/7 starting from Monday 18 November to COB Friday 22 November 2024.

Please register by 15.00 on Friday 15 November, non registration will impact your ability to access and receive certification for this training.
