Future of Claims Forum

Following the Future of Claims forum in July, which focused on PWC’s Claims Workforce of the Future report, the LMA and PWC will be hosting a follow-up workshop on 27 November. Participants will have the opportunity to explore in further detail some of the issues which look set to impact the people in the Lloyd’s Market. The aim of the workshop will be to start the conversation about those issues, and start thinking about what organisations can be doing now to address them.
