‘Hybrid’ Terrorism & Political Violence Cyber Clauses Published
- LMA5668 is a cyber exclusion with a limited extension (Property Damage only) based on a ‘hybrid’ of LMA5378A and LMA5409A.
- LMA5669 is a cyber exclusion with a limited extension (Property Damage and Business Interruption) based on a ‘hybrid’ of LMA5379A and LMA5409A.
When using LMA5668 or LMA5669, please note that these clauses must be amended to ensure that the cover purchased by the insured and the ‘limited cyber sub-limit’ amounts are specified. For more information, please see the attached guidance.
