Updated Riot and Civil Commotion Extension for Contingency Business

The LMA’s Contingency Business Panel has published LMA5594A (Riot and Civil Commotion Extension) – an updated 'A' version of LMA5594.

The changes include an amendment to the definition of ‘civil commotion’ and the addition of the term ‘riot’.

Please note the following:
  • LMA5594A replaces LMA5594, which has been archived.
  • LMA5594A should not be used in conjunction with LMA5673, LMA5674 or LMA5675.
