The Early Talent Academy enables the successful technical development and knowledge acquisition for early talent entering the market. The early talent offerings span across the five functional roles within the industry that our programmes cover: underwriting, claims, finance, risk and actuarial, business operations and sustainability. Anna joined the LMA in 2024 and is responsible for our Early Talent Academy. Her focus is on technical training designed to develop the skills and capabilities of our members. Anna holds an MSc in Performance Psychology, Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Learning & Development (L&D) and a CIPD Level 5 Intermediate certificate in L&D.
