LMA International Professional Liability Business Panel - 2015 Election Arrangements
In November 2013, the LMA formed an International Professional Liability Interest Group which was initially set up to represent the interests of writers of non-US Errors and Omissions and Technology business within the Lloyd’s market.
Following a successful and evolving trial and the growth of the class of business, it has now been agreed that the Group would be best served by seeking full LMA accreditation and as a result are now seeking formal nominations for membership and election to the Panel.
If your agency is a writer of International Professional Indemnity business (coded E3, E5, E7, E9) or Technology and Telecommunications Errors and Omissions business (coded F5) within the Lloyd’s market, you can nominate one underwriting representative with the seniority and knowledge of the class to speak on your behalf.
A nomination form was sent to each managing agent's active underwriter and compliance officer. Forms are to be completed by 30 September.
