Amendments to the Model Non Risk Transfer Terms of Business Agreement 2011 (NRT TOBA 2011) and Model Risk Transfer TOBA Endorsement (RT TOBA Endorsement)

The LMA, with the IUA and LIIBA, has amended the model NRT TOBA 2011 and model RT TOBA Endorsement 2011 to reflect the change in UK financial services regulator from the Financial Services Authority (FSA) to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Prudential Regulatory Authority (PRA).
