Updated Cyber Clauses for use on US GL and Excess liability coverage forms

The LMA US General Liability Panel has published updated cyber clauses for use on US Excess forms:

 LMA5475B  Cyber and Data Limited Exclusion Endorsement 2 (for attachment to US General Liability forms)  LIMITED EXCLUSION ENDORSEMENT 2 - (Other than for Bodily Injury or Property Damage arising out of a Cyber Incident or a Cyber Act or Data Breach)  as 5473 but includes cyber act as a trigger
