DESCRIPTION
At some point when the threat of COVID is behind us working patterns for insurers may change irrevocably, with many organisations expecting staff to attend the office part time, or even not at all. A recent survey has shown that flexible working/returning to the office is one of the top three challenges which will face business in the short term. What implications will this have for risk management functions, risk teams, and the role of the CRO?
A panel of risk experts will outline their thoughts on this, and answer questions which have been posed by the LMA's Chief Risk Officers Committee, and will take questions from the audience.
Attendees to this session will hear views from industry experts on the areas they may need to be considering within the risk functions and also more widely within organisations.
