13.30 - 15.00, PR1 - PR3, Gallery 11, Lloyd's, London EC3M 7HA
Charles Hecker, Senior Partner, Control Risks
Nicolas Reys, Director Cyber Threat Intelligence, Control Risks
Assessing the risk: espionage, threats to digital supply chains and disruption to critical infrastructure.
With digital transformation comes new cyber consequences – linked directly into geopolitical realities. States and criminals are developing novel tools to use against organisations, with targeting determined by geopolitical developments and disputes over trade and technology.
Organisations in 2019 will face further commercial espionage, growing threats to digital supply chains and disruption to critical infrastructure. This session will show you the correlation of where cyber meets geopolitics, the associated threat levels and how this directly impacts the external and organisational risk landscape.
It is aimed at anybody who is concerned and has an interest in how geopolitical developments can link to increased cyber threats and risks and those who want to understand enterprise risk management in the context of digital and cyber risks.
