Paul Mabberley helps you develop the brand you want to project, helping to unlock how you want present yourself and how you come across to others.
By the end of this talk, you will know how to consistently embody your own personal brand. You will leave more comfortable with being authentic and able to build stronger business relationships through a knowledge of interpersonal communication techniques. The talk, aimed at mid-senior level employees, will also cover:
- Defining impact, influence and personal brand within a leader
- Developing your personal brand and what makes you distinct
- The importance of Outcome Thinking to influence decision making
- Understanding your audience to achieve great results
- Developing your body language and vocal technique to convey your message and have greater impact.
Paul Mabberley has 13 years’ training and coaching experience at the highest levels within numerous global businesses, preceded by a presentation history grounded in the creative-design sector and university guest lectureships. From staffroom to board room, Paul’s down-to-earth, confident and easy-going manner, alongside his subject matter expertise and passion mean he is in high demand as a trainer and coach across the world. He has devised and developed a number of Working Voices’ workshops, courses and programmes – principally under the personal impact, influencing and management-development headings..
