DESCRIPTION

Join us as we delve into the significant updates introduced through the latest LMA Sanctions Clauses, LMA3100A and LMA3200.

This event will give participants a chance to hear from those that were involved in the drafting of the clauses, from a US, UK and French perspective.

The speakers will also address common themes and questions that have arisen since the clauses were issued and will comment on interaction with regulators.
