We know that modernisation is high on the agenda in all areas of Lloyd’s and the London Market. With the Future at Lloyd’s programme focusing on, among other things, the ecosystem of services, it is important that we look beyond our own organisations to understand the possibilities for modernising our claims service.

In this session, we will be hearing from a number of claims experts and service providers to understand how innovation is improving the services that are offered to carriers and policyholders. This will include a view of the market’s Gemini expert management system.

The following contributors will be sharing what innovation looks like within their organisations:

  • Charles Taylor Adjusting: James Norman and Nick Patterson
  • Advent Insurance Management: Paul Bermingham and Parminder Kaur 
  • DAC Beachcroft LLP: David Eaton-Jones and Liz Millar.

Our experts will also be discussing how some of the most difficult problems encountered by MAs in the past could be approached differently, given the tools, technology and approaches that are now available.

Please note this event will be held at the Charles Taylor office at Minster Court. Charles Taylor will be hosting a drinks reception following the event, from 17.00 – 19.00.
