In a global environment for resolving disputes, visual communication crosses the barriers of technical expertise and culture allowing subject matter experts to better understand data and deliver their findings in the universal language of imagery.
Dr. Charles Fox, Senior Management Consultant and Dr. Robert Winn, Principal, Emeritus from Engineering Systems Inc. will discuss the visualisation tools used in aviation accident analysis, as well as examples from other disciplines (maritime, ground vehicle, etc.). They will also show how:
- virtual reality is used to conduct virtual inspections
- innovative approaches help investigators understand and reconstruct accidents
- visualisation tools provide insight into the unwitnessed details of an accident with live, real-time demonstrations.
