An update on
Gemini expert hub solution, including the design of phase 2. 

The LMA, in collaboration with PwC held a workshop with participants from across the London Market to examine the outputs from the Claims Workforce of the Future report

                                     Updates to the MIS Claims Imagery & Intelligence Service have been made.

 


A cross-sector group initiative has produced a best practice guide for Loss Fund management. This has key support from the market.

Recent key deliverables from the BASCG include: updated CAT Framework, key messages for TPAs and Coverholders with agreed TPA MI for CAT events, the proposed Agile Service Model and delivery of a pre-windstorm Symposium (view all).
  

The LMA launched a new Political Risk Claims committee to address issues affecting Political Risk coverage. Read about the committee here.


 


In collaboration with the LMACC & Lloyd's claims team, the LMA is delivering the Delegated Claims programme outputs throughout August and September (find out more here).

There are a number of market modernisation developments affecting the DA market, including: DA SATS, Chorus and Market Business Glossary Tool. 

Following consultation with the market, Lloyd's is announcing its new oversight framework for third parties.

Following the introduction of GDPR in May 2018, we have now provided documentation detailing the roles and responsibilities of both the market and DXC, which set out
processes for handling specific data requests.

The LMA/LIIBA U35 claims committee took on the exciting challenge of cycling from Essex to Amsterdam, and raised over £5,600 in support of Kids Inspire UK.
