Designed by the LMA’s Claims and Academy teams to support claims professionals in the Lloyd’s market, the Pathway is an interactive tool that will support you throughout your career and is intended to sit alongside, and supplement, any internal job role competencies or learning and development programmes that your company may have developed for you.

The delivery of the pathway also meets some key LMA objectives, which are, to:

  • promote claims as a profession
  • create a pathway for claims leadership
  • provide oversight of current training and educational programmes
