Terry Hayday - Head of Professional Standards

Terry is responsible for the Professional Standards Committee (PSC) and associated panels. Terry provides advice, information and secretarial support to the PSC and represents Members' interests through liaison with the Corporation of Lloyd's and other organisations, including the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) and the Insurance Institute of London (IIL).
