New clauses/wordings: sign up for LMA's monthly email update

A list of all wordings and clauses published to the Lloyd's Wordings Repository (LWR) during 2012 has been compiled and is attached here. The LMA has continued to keep a record and running total of all LMA and other pertinent wordings/clauses published to the LWR, since its launch in 2007.
A total of 75 wordings and clauses were published to the LWR during 2012, which included:

• LMA/NMA: 24
• LSW/LPO: 32
• Translations / Foreign Language Versions: 13
• Other (JC/JH/AVN etc): 6

In addition to publishing an annual list, from 2013 the LMA will be sending a email update each month to announce the publication of new wordings and clauses to the LWR.

The LWR was launched in 2007, and provides users with access to more than 4,600 current Wordings/Clauses, including LMA, Joint Committee and LSW Wordings/Clauses. Further information about usage of wordings and how to access the LWR is explained on the LMA's Wordings web page.
