The LMA is committed to supporting the development of efficient and cost-effective business processes in the Lloyd's market. This covers both current and future requirements through a variety of channels:
- active participation in London's market modernisation agenda to ensure that LMA members exercise influence over the changing process environment
- ensuring that Members are kept abreast of the “business as usual” and modernisation landscape and taking Members' feedback
- overseeing Xchanging’s performance for the premium, policy and claims processing services provided to Members
- working with Xchanging to develop and enhance those services.
