Process Advisory Group
The Process Advisory Group is a sub-group of the LMA’s Xchanging Review Board (XRB). The group is tasked with supporting XRB and working with Xchanging Ins-sure Services (XIS) to consider any practical process-related matters that fall under the services provided by XIS to managing agents under the terms of the LPSO Ltd Services Agreement.

The Process Advisory Group is chaired by - Susan Blackman (QBE).
