Professional Standards Committee
The Professional Standards Committee (PSC) focuses on training and education. It is primarily concerned with professional development issues and helps define standards and benchmarks to reinforce the profile of the Lloyd’s Market as a professional and valued environment in which to work.
The PSC engages actively with LMA Members, the Corporation of Lloyd’s, the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) and other professional bodies, as well as a range of training providers and educational organisations to ensure that training needs of managing agents are understood and met.
The PSC comprises representatives from underwriting, claims, senior management and human resource and training specialisms across the LMA Membership and meets every two months. Click for a list of current committee members.
