The Competition Law Guidance has been updated and is in place to support market level actions and activities that are facilitated by the LMA with and on behalf of our members.
The guidance has been refreshed in consultation with our members and covers the key competition law principles that need to be adhered to and considered as part of the LMAs work and governance.
