Benchmarking survey

The LMA runs a biennial HR survey for managing agents. It covers many topics such as:

  • headcount
  • payroll and HR software
  • recruitment
  • employee screening
  • holiday allowances
  • absence and turnover
  • salary review process
  • bonus process
  • performance review process
  • benefit packages including private medical, PHI, pension and other
  • maternity/paternity leave
  • flexible working
  • study leave policies
  • long service awards.

Over 40 managing agents take part and the survey is recognised as a key information tool for HR practitioners and their companies.
