Tim Willcock - Head of Claims

Tim ensures that the interests of the Lloyd’s market claims community is effectively represented in order to influence the Corporation and external groups and government agencies.  He manages the proactive identification of issues and provision of solutions to assist members’ claims activities through working closely with project teams, committees and business panels.   Support through the LMA Claims Committee (LMACC), sector committees and business panels helps Tim to ensure that the views and needs of market practitioners are addressed appropriately by LMACC and the LMA Board.

Gary Bass - Claims Consultant

Gary is responsible for ensuring that Lloyd's claims activity is coordinated and consistent with London market requirements.  He chairs the London Market Claims Strategy Group which has equal representation from companies, brokers and managing agents and reports into all three associations and he chairs the ECF user Group.  Gary also engages in market liaison with the claims community and deals with market issues as they arise.

Jonathan Webster - Senior Claims Executive

Jonathan provides the majority of day to day support to the established claims committees and business panels, including the Lloyd's Reinsurance Claims Group (LRCG) and Binding Authority Claims Group (BACG).  In addition, he supports the Claims Focus Group (CFG).  Jonathan also gets involved in specific market issues as and when they arise.

Doug Humberstone - Senior Claims Executive

Doug supports the work of the Claims Services Review Board (CSRB) and works with Xchanging Claims Services (XCS) to deliver its annual plan for the market.  Doug is also part of the Project Team for the Lloyd's Claims Change Programme (CCP).

John Gurtenne - Senior Executive

John has primary responsibility for the Aviation function at the LMA, and is Secretary to the LMA Aviation Committee. John is also secretary to the Aviation Insurance Clauses Group, a joint market committee responsible for drafting and issuing aviation clauses.
